2. Scope of application These Terms govern the sale of products through alibishop.it to end consumers residing in the European Union and the United Kingdom. For EU consumers, in the event of a conflict between Italian law and the law of the consumer's country of residence, the provisions most favourable to the consumer shall apply pursuant to the Rome I Regulation (EC 593/2008).

3. Formation of contract The contract is concluded when the customer receives an order confirmation by email. Prices displayed are inclusive of VAT and are binding at the time of the order.

4. Right of withdrawal (pursuant to Directive 2011/83/EU) The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer may:

  • Send an explicit statement to sales@alibishop.it within the 14-day period
  • Use the form available in the

    "Withdraw from an order" section, accessible from the footer menu at the bottom of the website

Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense, unless otherwise stated. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods, using the same payment method as the original purchase.

5. Legal conformity guarantee All products are covered by the legal conformity guarantee of 2 years from delivery, pursuant to Directive 2019/771/EU (implemented in Italy by Legislative Decree 170/2021).

The guarantee covers conformity defects present at the time of delivery, such as manufacturing defects, faulty clasps, uneven plating or incorrectly set stones. In such cases, the consumer is entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction or refund.

The legal guarantee does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear over time (e.g. gradual reduction of plating with daily use)
  • Damage caused by improper use, including contact with water, perfume, creams, sweat or chemical substances, unless the product is expressly indicated for such use
  • Oxidation or material alteration due to improper storage (e.g. exposure to humidity or heat sources)
  • Mechanical damage caused by the customer (impacts, scratches, deformation)

To preserve the products and avoid voiding the guarantee, please follow the care instructions provided in the product descriptions and on the packaging.

6. Prices and payment Prices are displayed in Euro (EUR) or British Pounds (GBP) for the UK market, inclusive of VAT. ALIBI S.n.c. reserves the right to modify prices at any time; changes do not apply to orders already confirmed.

7. Shipping and delivery Shipping methods and delivery times are set out in the Shipping Policy available on alibishop.it. In the event of a delay attributable to the seller, the consumer has the right to terminate the contract pursuant to Article 61 of the Italian Consumer Code.

8. Dispute resolution In the event of a dispute, the consumer may contact the ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution) bodies competent in their country of residence. A list of recognised ADR bodies in the EU is available on the European Commission website.

9. Governing law These Terms are governed by Italian law. For consumers residing in other EU member states, the mandatory consumer protection provisions of the consumer's country of residence shall apply.

10. Amendments ALIBI S.n.c. reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will take effect from the date of publication on the website and will not apply to orders already in progress.
