The products purchased on www.alibishop.it are sold directly by Alibi snc. registered in the Register of Companies of Udine with VAT IT02841440304, with registered office in Pozzuolo del Friuli (UD) via D. Failutti, 36.
CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT
To conclude the purchase contract for the products selected on www.alibishop.it, the user must fill in the order form in electronic format following the procedure indicated on the site.
The order form provides a summary of the information on the characteristics and the price of each product ordered, the payment methods chosen by the User, as well as the shipping costs.
The contract is concluded upon receipt, by Alibi snc, of the payment of the order, after verifying the correctness of the data communicated.
Each order form will be filed electronically in our database for the period of time necessary to process the orders and in any case in accordance with the law.
If the products presented on www.alibishop.it are no longer available at the time of sending the order form, it will be the responsibility of Alibi snc to notify the user, within thirty (30) days from the day following that in which the Customer will have transmitted his order, the possible unavailability of the ordered products by suggesting alternative products. The Customer has the right to modify the suggested order or request a full refund of the amount paid.
ACCEPTANCE OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
With the electronic transmission of the order form, the Customer unconditionally accepts and undertakes to observe, in relations with Alibi snc, the General Conditions of Sale.
By submitting the order form, the user confirms that he is aware of and accepts the General Conditions of Sale and the additional information contained on www.alibishop.it, including the processing of personal data.
Once the contract is concluded, Albi snc will send the user by e-mail a receipt of the purchase order received, containing a summary of the information contained in the order form.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND METHOD OF RETURN OF GOODS
The customer can exercise the right of withdrawal and return the product received, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, in compliance with the terms and conditions set out below.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must send within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods by e-mail to the address contacts@alibishop.it a communication stating that you wish to return the products received. In the communication, the Customer must indicate the products for which he intends to exercise the right of withdrawal.
The products must be returned to ALIBI Piazza Duca d 'Aosta 59 - 34073 Grado (GO) Italy intact, unwashed, undamaged and provided with tags and any other seals that are part of the products;
products that are returned incomplete, ruined, damaged, deteriorated or dirty will not be refunded. The products to be returned must be delivered to the courier within fourteen (14) days, which run from when the customer communicated to Alibi snc his decision to withdraw from the contract. The costs of returning the Products will be borne by the customer, including liability in case of loss or damage to the products. After the return of the products, Alibi snc makes the necessary checks regarding their compliance with the conditions and terms indicated in this paragraph. If the right of withdrawal is exercised by following the methods and terms indicated in this paragraph, Alibi snc will refund the customer any sums already collected for the purchase of the products or replace the goods with something else of the customer's liking. Whatever the payment method used by the customer, the refund is activated by Alibi snc as quickly as possible and in any case within fourteen (14) days from the date on which Alibi snc became aware of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, after checking the correct execution of the same and verification of the returned products. In any case, the costs of packaging and shipping the package / envelope are charged to the customer.
Alibi snc may withhold the refund until all items have been received or until you have proven that you have shipped all items, whichever comes first.
PRICES AND METHOD OF PAYMENT
The prices of the products indicated in the various sections of www.alibishop.it include VAT. The prices applied are those indicated on the site at the time of the order. The prices of individual products are subject to change without notice.
The products purchased, including shipping costs, must be paid by the Customer using the payment methods on the site.
LIABILITY AND WARRANTIES
Alibi snc guarantees that the products described on its site are delivered to the customer. The manufacturer is responsible for all products sold and is also responsible for the truthfulness of the information on the packaging.
DISPUTES AND APPLICABLE LAW
Any disputes relating to the application, execution and interpretation of the electronic sales contract are subject to Italian jurisdiction and the Court of Udine is competent. Contracts stipulated electronically with Alibi snc are governed by Italian laws and, unless expressly provided for, the relevant national laws apply.
