Intellectual property All content on alibishop.it (texts, images, logos, graphics) is the property of ALIBI S.n.c. or used under licence. Reproduction, distribution or unauthorised use of such content is prohibited.

Disputes and governing law Contracts concluded through alibishop.it are governed by Italian law.

For consumers residing in the European Union, the mandatory consumer protection provisions of the consumer's country of residence shall apply pursuant to the Rome I Regulation (EC 593/2008). EU consumers may also bring proceedings before the courts of their country of residence.
