Deliveries of the products ordered are carried out on Italian territory by means of the GLS express courier.

Throughout the rest of the world we use DHL Express.


Shipping costs are partly borne by the Customer.

Shipping is free if the order total is over €90.

The total amount of transport costs may vary in relation to the delivery methods and above all on the basis of any other products that the Customer decides to purchase. The exact amount of transport costs will then be indicated in the cart and in the purchase summary, before sending the order. For the delivery of products in certain territorial areas, specifically indicated during the purchase procedure, the payment of a higher price may be required, the exact amount of which will be clearly indicated during the purchase procedure and before sending the order. In the summary of the order and, therefore, before the Customer proceeds with the transmission of the same, the total price of the order will be indicated, with separate indication of the delivery costs and any other additional costs. For each purchase made on the Site, Alibi snc issues an invoice for the material shipped, sending it via e-mail to the holder of the purchase order, pursuant to art. 14 of the Presidential Decree. 445/2000 and DL 52/2004. The shipped products are checked and delivered to the courier without defects.

Alibi snc will not be responsible for damages and will not be able to undertake the relative replacement or repair if not reported at the time of acceptance of the shipment by placing the complaint on the courier's bulletin. At the time of delivery the customer is required to verify:

- that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document sent in advance via e-mail;

- that the packaging is intact, not damaged, dented, punctured, wet or otherwise altered, including the closing materials.

The Customer is therefore invited, in his interest,

to report any damage to the packaging or mismatch in the number of packages

by placing an appropriate "SPECIFIC RESERVE" or by REPORTING ON THE COURIER'S ELECTRONIC BULLETIN/TERMINAL the description of the type of damage to the packaging found during collection.

Receipt without reservation or subject to generic control of the products, in fact, does not allow the Customer to take legal action against the courier, and indirectly against Alibi snc. The shipped products are checked and delivered to the courier without defects. Alibi snc will not be responsible for damages and will not be able to undertake the relative replacement or repair if not reported at the time of acceptance of the shipment by placing the complaint on the courier's bulletin. At the time of delivery the customer is required to verify:

- that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document sent in advance via e-mail in the event of loss or damage to the products.

The Customer is required to IMMEDIATELY verify the correct functionality and conformity of the product,

in the event of detection of specific or hidden DAMAGE, the Customer is required to immediately report evidence of it to Alibi snc (no later than 7 calendar days) via the email address made available or via Customer Service.

The Customer will be asked for the following information:

– Order number / Sales document

– Photo of the external packaging

– Photo of the damaged part

– Possible signing with specific reservation

The COMPLETE documentation must be forwarded WITHIN AND NO LATER than 7 CALENDAR DAYS (Saturday and Sunday included) from receipt of the product in order to allow Alibi snc to recover compensation from the courier's insurance within the terms established by law. missed requests or INCOMPLETE requests received by Alibi snc after the above deadlines cannot therefore be taken into consideration. In the event of a product arriving damaged or non-compliant, it is MANDATORY to keep the entire ORIGINAL PACKAGING necessary for any return of the product. In the absence of the original packaging we will not be able to manage the return of the same. The Customer acknowledges that the collection of the Product is his precise obligation deriving from the purchase contract. In case of non-delivery due to the absence of the recipient at the address specified in the order form, after two unsuccessful delivery attempts, the package will go "in storage". In the event of failure to collect the Product within five working days of the first delivery attempt, the contract will be considered terminated and the purchase order consequently canceled pursuant to art. 1456 c.c. Once the contract has been terminated, Alibi snc will proceed to refund the total amount possibly paid by the Customer, minus the costs of unsuccessful delivery of the Product, the costs of return to Alibi snc and any other expenses incurred due to the delivery caused by the absence of the recipient. The termination of the contract and the refund amount will be communicated to the Customer via e-mail. The shipping terms, i.e. the taking charge of the Product by the courier, and the delivery terms start from the date of transmission of the order. Delivery takes place via courier within approximately 4 working days from the moment the package is commissioned to the courier. For remote areas (e.g. for Italy: Calabria, Sardinia and Sicily) it may take 7 working days. In the event that the purchased Product is not delivered or is delivered late compared to the expected delivery terms, the Customer can contact Customer Service by telephone; Alibi snc will examine the complaint promptly and communicate the outcome to the Customer via e-mail within a maximum of 15 days.
