Carriers and delivery options We work with the best national and international carriers. Available delivery options and their costs can be viewed directly in the cart before completing your order.

Shipping costs

  • Italy: free shipping on orders of € 99 or more
  • Europe and rest of world: free shipping on orders of € 120 or more

Exact costs are always shown in the order summary before confirmation, with separate indication of shipping costs and any additional charges for specific delivery areas.

Delivery times

  • Italy: approximately 2 working days from handover to the carrier
  • Remote areas (Calabria, Sardinia, Sicily): up to 7 working days
  • Europe: 3–5 working days (depending on zone)
  • United Kingdom: approximately 5 working days

Timeframes run from the date the order is placed. In case of delay, customers may contact our Customer Service; ALIBI S.n.c. will respond within 15 days.

Invoicing A VAT invoice is issued for every purchase and sent by email to the order holder pursuant to Art. 14 D.P.R. 445/2000 and Legislative Decree 52/2004.

Inspection upon delivery Upon receipt, the customer must verify:

  • That the number of parcels matches the delivery note received by email
  • That the packaging is intact and undamaged

In case of any irregularities, a specific written reservation must be noted on the carrier's delivery document or electronic terminal, describing the damage observed. Acceptance without a specific reservation precludes any subsequent claims against the carrier.

Damaged or non-conforming products In case of visible or concealed damage, the customer must report it within 7 calendar days (including Saturday and Sunday) of receipt by emailing contatti@alibishop.it with the following:

  • Order number or sales document
  • Photo of the outer packaging
  • Photo of the damaged part
  • Any written reservation noted with the carrier upon delivery

The original packaging must be retained. Incomplete reports or reports submitted after the deadline cannot be processed.

Uncollected parcels If delivery fails due to the recipient's absence, the parcel will be held in storage after two delivery attempts. If not collected within 5 working days of the first attempt, the contract will be deemed terminated pursuant to Art. 1456 of the Italian Civil Code. ALIBI S.n.c. will refund the amount paid, less outbound and return shipping costs and any other expenses incurred. The customer will be notified by email.
