Shipping policy

GLSThe deliveries of the ordered Products are made, to the destination address indicated by the Customer in the order form, by means of the GLS express courier.

Shipping costs are partly charged to the customer.

Shipping is free if the total order is over € 40 for Italy and € 50 for other destinations.

The total amount of transport costs may vary in relation to the delivery methods and above all on the basis of any other products that the Customer decides to purchase. The exact amount of transport costs will then be indicated in the cart and in the purchase summary, before the order is sent. For the delivery of the Products in certain territorial areas, specifically indicated during the purchase procedure, the payment of a surcharge may be required, the exact amount of which will be clearly indicated during the purchase procedure and before the order is sent. In the summary of the order and, therefore, before the Customer proceeds with the transmission of the same, the total price of the order will be indicated, with separate indication of the delivery costs and any other additional costs. For each purchase made on the Site, Alibi snc issues an Invoice for the material shipped, sending it by e-mail to the holder of the purchase order, in accordance with Article 14 of the Presidential Decree 445/2000 and DL 52/2004. The products shipped are checked and delivered to the courier without defects. Alibi snc will not be liable for damage and will not be able to undertake its replacement or repair unless reported upon acceptance of the shipment by placing the complaint on the courier's bulletin. At the time of delivery, the customer is required to check:

- that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document sent in advance via e-mail;

- that the packaging is intact, undamaged, dented, punctured, wet or otherwise altered, even in the closing materials.

The Customer is therefore invited, in his interest,

to report any damage to the packaging or the mismatch in the number of packages

by affixing the appropriate "SPECIFIC RESERVE" or REPORTING ON THE COURIER'S BULLETIN / ELECTRONIC TERMINAL the description of the type of damage to the packaging found during collection.

The receipt without reservations or with generic control reserve of the products, in fact, does not allow the Customer to take legal action against the courier, and indirectly against Alibi snc. The products shipped are checked and delivered to the courier without defects. Alibi snc will not be liable for damage and will not be able to undertake its replacement or repair unless reported upon acceptance of the shipment by placing the complaint on the courier's bulletin. At the time of delivery, the customer is required to check:

- that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document sent in advance by e-mail in the event of loss or damage to the products.

The Customer is required to IMMEDIATELY verify the correct functionality and conformity of the product,

in case of detection of specific or hidden DAMAGE, the Customer is required to report it immediately to Alibi snc (no later than 7 calendar days) through the email address made available or through Customer Service.

The Customer will be asked for the following information:

- Order number / Sales document

- Photos of the external packaging

- Photo of the damaged part

- Possible affixing of signature with specific reservation

The COMPLETE documentation must be submitted WITHIN AND NOT MORE THAN 7 CALENDAR DAYS (Saturday and Sunday included) from receipt of the product in order to allow Alibi snc to claim compensation from the courier's insurance within the terms established by law. missing requests or INCOMPLETE requests received by Alibi snc after the above terms have elapsed, they cannot therefore be taken into consideration. In the event of a damaged or non-compliant product, it is MANDATORY to keep the entire ORIGINAL PACKAGING required for any return of the product. In the absence of original packaging we will not be able to manage the return of the same. The Customer acknowledges that the withdrawal of the Product is a specific obligation deriving from the purchase contract. In case of non-delivery due to the absence of the recipient at the address specified in the order form, after two failed delivery attempts, the package will go "in stock". In the event of failure to collect the Product within five working days of the first delivery attempt, the contract will be considered terminated and the purchase order consequently canceled pursuant to art. 1456 of the Italian Civil Code Once the contract has been terminated, Alibi snc will reimburse the total amount possibly paid by the Customer, less the costs of the unsuccessful delivery of the Product, the costs of returning the product to Alibi snc and any other expenses incurred by it. delivery caused by the absence of the recipient. The termination of the contract and the refund amount will be communicated to the Customer via e-mail. The shipping terms, i.e. the courier takes charge of the Product, and the delivery terms run from the date of transmission of the order. Delivery takes place by courier within about 4 working days from the moment the package is commissioned to the courier. For remote areas (eg for Italy: Calabria, Sardinia and Sicily) it may take 7 working days. In the event that the purchased Product is not delivered or is delivered late with respect to the expected delivery terms, the Customer can contact the Customer Service by telephone; Alibi snc will promptly examine the complaint and communicate the outcome to the Customer by e-mail within a maximum period of 15 days.
