Shipping policy

GLSDeliveries of the ordered Products are made, at the destination address indicated by the Customer in the order form, through the express courier GLS.

The shipping costs are partly borne by the customer.

The shipment is free if the order total is more than 40 euros for Italy and 50 euros for the other destinations.

The total amount of transport costs may vary depending on the way you deliver and especially on the basis of any other products that you decide to purchase. The exact amount of the transport costs will then be indicated in the cart and in the purchase summary, before the order is transmitted. For the delivery of the Products in certain territorial areas, specifically indicated during the purchase process, it may be required to pay a surcharge, the exact amount of which will be clearly indicated during the purchase process and before the transmission of the order. In the summary of the order and, therefore, before the Customer proceeds to the transmission of the same, the total price of the order will be indicated, with separate indication of the delivery costs and any other additional charges. For each purchase made on the Site, Alibi snc issues Invoice of the shipped material, sending it by e-mail to the owner of the purchase order, under article 14 D.P.R. 445/2000 and DL 52/2004. The products shipped are checked and delivered to the courier without defects. Alibi snc will not be responsible for the damages and will not be able to commit to its replacement or repair if not reported at the time of acceptance of the shipment by affiiting the dispute on the courier's bulletin. At the time of delivery, the customer is required to check:

- that the number of packages being delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the pre-transport slip by e-mail;

- that the packaging is intact, unin damages, bruised, punctured, wet or otherwise altered, even in the closing materials.

We therefore invite you, in your interest,

to report any damage to the packaging or mismatch of the number of packages

by affisoning appropriate "SPECIFIC RESERVE" or reporting ON THE BOLLETTINO/ELETTRONIC TERMINAL OF CORRIERE the description of the type of damage of the packaging encountered during withdrawal.

The receipt without reservation or with a reserve of general control of the products, in fact, does not allow the Customer to take legal action against the courier, and indirectly of Alibi snc. The products shipped are checked and delivered to the courier without defects. Alibi snc will not be responsible for the damages and will not be able to commit to its replacement or repair if not reported at the time of acceptance of the shipment by affiiting the dispute on the courier's bulletin. At the time of delivery, the customer is required to check:

- that the number of packages being delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the pre-transport document by e-mail in the event of product loss or damage.

You must check the correct functionality and compliance of the product.

in the case of detection of specific OR hidden DAMAGE the Customer is required to report its immediate evidence to Alibi snc (within and no later than 7 days of calendar) through the email address made available or via Customer Service .

You will be prompted for the following information:

– Order number / Sales document

– Photos of the external packaging

– Photos of the damaged part

– Possible signing with a specific reservation

The COMPLETE documentation must be submitted ENTRO AND NOT OVER 7 DAYS OF CALENDARIO (Saturday and Sunday included) from the receipt of the product in order to allow Alibi snc the retaliation against the courier's insurance within the statutory deadline. incomplete requests or requests received by Alibi snc after the above terms cannot therefore be taken into account. In the case of a product that has been damaged or non-compliant, it is OBBLIGATORIO to keep the entire ORIGINAL IMBALLO necessary for the eventual return of the product. In the absence of original packaging we will not be able to handle the return of the same . The customer acknowledges that the withdrawal of the Product is a specific obligation arising from the purchase agreement. In case of non-delivery due to the absence of the recipient at the address specified in the order form, after two failed delivery attempts, the package will go "in storage". In the case of non-collection of the Product within five working days of the first delivery attempt, the contract will be terminated and the purchase order subsequently cancelled under art. 1456 c.c. Terminated the contract, Alibi snc will proceed to the reimbursement of the total amount possibly paid by the Customer, deducted the costs of the delivery of the Product failed, the costs of return to Alibi snc and any other expenses in which it is incurred due to the delivery caused by the absence of the recipient. The termination of the contract and the amount of the refund will be communicated to the customer by e-mail. The terms of shipment, that is, of taking charge of the Product by the courier, and the terms of delivery take from the date of transmission of the order. Delivery is by courier within about 4 working days from the time the package is commissioned by the courier. For remote areas (e.g. for Italy: Calabria, Sardinia and Sicily) it may take 7 working days. If the Purchased Product is not delivered or is delivered late to the delivery deadlines, you can contact Customer Service by phone; Alibi snc will review the complaint in a timely manner and will communicate the outcome to the Customer by email within a maximum of 15 days.
