RETURN AND REFUND POLICY Last updated: May 2026

Right of withdrawal The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason, pursuant to Article 52 of the Italian Consumer Code and Directive 2011/83/EU.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer may:

  • Send an explicit statement to sales@alibishop.it within the 14-day period
  • Use the return procedure available on alibishop.it
  • Use the form available in the

    "Withdraw from an order" section, accessible from the footer menu at the bottom of the website


The communication must include the products to be returned and the order number.

Return conditions Products must be returned:

  • Unused, unwashed and undamaged
  • With all tags, original seals and packaging intact
  • Within 14 days of the withdrawal notice

Returns of incomplete, damaged, soiled or products without original tags will not be accepted.

Return shipping Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense, including liability in case of loss or damage during transit. Use of a trackable shipping service is recommended.

Refund Upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods, ALIBI S.n.c. will process the refund within 14 days, using the same payment method as the original purchase. ALIBI S.n.c. reserves the right to withhold the refund until receipt of the products or proof of shipment, whichever comes first.

Original shipping costs are refunded only if the withdrawal covers the entire order.

Legal guarantee All products are covered by the legal conformity guarantee of 2 years from delivery, pursuant to Directive 2019/771/EU. In the event of a conformity defect present at the time of delivery, the customer is entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction or refund.

The guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, damage from improper use (contact with water, perfume, sweat, chemical substances), oxidation from improper storage, or mechanical damage caused by the customer.
